Specialized OCD care across Saskatchewan. Not an emergency service. Use local emergency services for immediate danger.
SaskOCD intake is completed through the secure STG Health intake system. The goal is to understand the cycle, clinical needs and access factors before recommending care.
A clinician reviews the presenting OCD pattern, impairment, previous treatment, relevant risk and comorbidity, and practical access or funding needs.
You do not need to decide whether you need ERP, ACT-informed work, medication support or a specific OCD-theme service before beginning.
Provide the basic information and describe what has been happening in your own words.
We explore intrusive experiences, overt and mental compulsions, avoidance, functional impact, safety and relevant history.
We explain the proposed treatment direction and why it appears appropriate. If another service is a better match, we say so.
You decide whether to begin treatment. There is no obligation to continue simply because you completed intake.
The free self-guided tool can help you map a loop and identify one response-prevention direction. It is general educational information, not a diagnosis or substitute for clinical assessment.
You can keep the plan private or choose to share it with STG Health if you later begin intake.
